Who is David Tovar ?
David Tovar is the photographer and designer of this site.
Born in London in 1981, at the age of 3 years he moved to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He lived in Rio for 5 years, before moving to Bangkok, Thailand, where he lived for a further 3 years.
An English National, his earlier experiences abroad meant that he developed a love for traveling. David is rarely without his camera, always looking for the opportunist shot. Alongside doing a degree at the London School of Economics, when the opportunities arise David likes to travel around both the UK and the World with his trusty Minolta Dynax 7 Camera.
He has created this site to promote his work and to give people worldwide the opportunity to get copies of his works in various formats at a reasonable cost.

Where can I find the photo albums?
To find the albums relating to all the photos on this website, simply click on the "Albums" button in the top navigation bar, which will take you to the albums index page. From this page you will be able to locate the photos albums by country or subject. When you see the album you want, click on the blue hyperlink to be take there!

How do I get my free postcard set ?
To claim the special offer of a free set of Photo247.co.uk postcards is easy, but the offer is only while stocks last, so be quick or risk missing out! To place you request you can either click on any of the "Free Postcard" banners on the site, or click on the "Contacts" link in the top navigation bar. These links will direct you to a form where all you have to do is fill in all you details and click submit. You will then receive a confirmation that your form has been sent, and your postcards will be on the way.

How do I order a photo through this site?
Again, this is very easy! Once you have found the photo you like in one of the albums, click on it to get a larger view. Once you are on this new page there will be two buttons next to the photo. One will give you the option to go back to the country's album, and the other will say "Print Me". To order a photo, whether it be as a print, mouse mat, mug or t-shirt, all you have to do is click on this button.
A new window will now open offering you a choice of how you wish to have this photo printed. Once you have chosen the format of the print from the drop down list, you can add the item to your "Fotango" basket, and shop for more items on my site, or you can proceed to the checkout, where you will be sent to a secure part of their site. Here you will have to enter your payment details and delivery details. Simply follow the clear instructions on the screen.

Will the prints/gifts have any logos on them?
Yes! All prints or gifts ordered through the Photo247.co.uk website will have a small unobtrusive logo in the corner. This allows me to charge a lower price, and to protect the copyright on my images. In special circumstances this can be removed if you contact me through the enquiry form. In its place there would be an invisible watermark.
